I have discovered that Vermont SOS has finally drafted administrative rules that give the details for things such as how to do electronic signatures and RON, although they haven’t been released for public comment.
I would appreciate it if forum members in states that have passed RULONA would post links to their states’ administrative rules so I can gather up some good ideas to improve the Vermont rules. (I suspect the proposed rules will need a lot of work.)
