Hello everyone I am doing a POA tomorrow in Texas and the clients informed me that it requires 2 witnesses. How would you all handle that and any advice on POA ?

Signer lines up witnesses … Don’t take a chance you can be one as sometimes the witnesses’ signatures are notarized
My only other tip is prior to signing sit and chat with the signer for a bit and make sure they are lucid and cognizant of what they are signing.
Allow about 30-45 minutes for this and price accordingly
