Notaries beware of this company. I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect in all of my eight years of service, not to mention the nightmare of trying to get paid as promised.
All is peachy in the beginning, but try to contact them once the order is complete and you cannot not get a call back or the perpetual run around to put you off. Six months later with no resolution and a smart ass email has been my only reply from them. I always check out the notary reviews of a new company requesting services, and as a result have always been paid. That is until i crossed paths with these jack asses. If you value your time, do not work for this company

Be very careful of this company. I agreed to do a job for them last week as it was in the neighborhood and would not need to go far. Also when I accepted the assignment I told them that I would need to have the docs 4-5 hours before the appointment time to print and prepare them. It took 2 mails and a phone call before I received them and then it was 1 1/2 hours before I needed to leave. I needed to print off an original and a copy of 150 pages.
Saturday they called with another job which again was in my neighborhood so I agreed. I did not receive the name of the client until Late Sunday evening and a confirmation email. I again said when I needed the docs. Appointment was for 5. at 4 pm still did not have docs after emails and phone calls. Lender called me to give me his personal info so that if I had any questions I could reach him directly. Informed him I did not have docs and was told company had received them at 10 am. I was told by company they didn’t have. Informed the company, borrower and lender that I would not be doing the job as no docs. I received an email message at 4:30 saying they had the docs would I still do the job. Told them no thanks.
I then received an email stating there were problems with the docs that were done under pressure on Thursday evening.
All I can say is if you get a call from Premier Notary, run the other direction.

Signing Central at Notary Rotary has mixed reviews. It sounds like they are one of those companies you either love or hate. Lots of people say they have gotten paid on time, but many report low fees. I personally would not accept work from them based on such mixed reviews, unless they paid me up prior to the appointment.
Agree! I did a closing for them in November 2020, which the borrowers refused to sign. I was promised a trip/print fee and did not receive it, even after MANY emails and VM’s. They don’t respond. Stay away from them! I reported them to BBB.
