Hello everybody I’m new to the forum. I have a question… on the profile page how do I add my documents? It’s asking for the URL. I’m trying to add my commission, insurance, bond and etc. Why can’t I just upload it?

We do not currently host personal documents on our site. We apologize for any inconvenience!
You can find the specific instructions for some of the most common cloud storage sites starting here, if you are interested. All of them have free tiers with more than enough storage space for documents.
For example:
You upload your background check to Dropbox.com and then provide the link to that PDF on your Notary Café profile.

Is the company saying to upload it?Maybe your file is too big I scan my documents as 1 packet try that it may work good luck to you

Hello how are you doing? The company is notary cafe it’s asking for a URL to each documents. I got the package ready to upload but this platform is different. Right now I’m not getting this. Thanks anyway!!

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to upload documents directly to your Notary Cafe profile.
Is there a particular issue that you were experiencing with Dropbox? Maybe we can help!

I’m sorry Katelyn to be a pain. I added my signing agent profile link that lists my documents in the additional note section. I hope that’s ok. Thanks!!

We also recommend adding a bit of information to your “Professional Introduction & Experience” section. You can also add your signing agent profile link here to increase visibility, since this section is at the very top of your profile.
As a Pro member, you have the option to add four additional zip codes to your profile. Adding these will increase the number of searches you appear in so we highly recommend it!

How do I add the extra zip codes to my profile?

Once you’ve logged into your Notary Cafe Profile:
- Navigate to the Profile Settings menu item
- Select the Edit All button on the upper right corner of your screen
- At the very top of your profile ===>>> add up to four additional zip codes
- Select Save (on the upper right)
