In the past month I have found some very important errors from the Leander and the title companies in their documents. Has anyone else found some of these errors that a new closing agent may not see. One giant lender did not have a note in the package and another title company has in a seller package that did not have the husband and wife on the deed, Closing statement, and the disbursement directions. Florida is a marital state. Where is the quality control?
I have been in this 20 years now…I am seeing a lot of mistakes myself…same things I saw when the industry crashed…padded appraisals…that is a big one…but mostly just get it signed!
