Is there something you can do on Notarize platform to accept the signing quickly?
I have been an on demand notary for Notarize since COVID hit. All you can do is give yourself the best change by doing the following:

Make sure you clean the cache and cookies on your browser (Chrome seems to work best) before you start your session on Notarize.

Reboot your router once a week by unplugging it. This will do the same thing as clearing your cache on the browser.

Have a direct Ethernet connection to your laptop instead using wifi.

Talk with your Internet provider to upgrade your speed. I am currently on a 1GB plan.

Be aware that Notarize opened up a fourth state for on demand notaries a little over a year ago. This cut the opportunities for signings because they wanted to make sure no one has to wait to be taken care of. Then the Feds raised the rates which impacted the real estate industry and now those who used to handle real estate transactions almost exclusively now have no recourse but to jump back on to the individual notarization transactions.

Finally, bring your own business onto the platform. It’s one of the perks Notarize offers for their on demand notaries.
