Has anyone from Tennessee looked into RON? I checked the SOS website for information
and it sounds very complicated. It looks like the wave of the future, especially in Tennessee. I feel that I need to keep up to speed on it.
I didn’t know TN even had RON. All I can say is: Be very, very careful and look at everything several times…then do it again before you leap. Always seems to be an overload of liability is dumped on the notary with these.
