Does anyone know the going fee for a remote online refinance loan signing or any RON signings???
I save the script in a .pdf file and pin it to my taskbar at the bottom of my computer. When I’m reading the script, I open it and ask the qualifying questions and administer the oath while looking at my computer screen. No need to look down or to the side to read. When I finish, I minimize the file and proceed with my RON closing. This has worked for me since each service seems to have their own script.
