I still have yet to make the plunge. I got my license from the state. Signed up with Pavaso, Nexus, Notarized. Still waiting to pull the trigger and actually do one.
Also from my understanding, since these are recorded videos, the lenders can critique every single part of the signing. So we need to make sure that your script is on point your explanations are accurate and you know exactly what you’re doing.
