Securedsigning.com

Is anybody familiar with securedsigning.com RON Smith ?I keep getting emails from them, wondering if that is a good platform.

I looked at them and took their webinar. I would suggest you take the webinar they offer to learn how their platform works and what the fees are. I do remember they have a monthly fee. I am still trying to figure out how RON works with loan signings. Has any one every completed a loan signing with a RON platform?

I am looking into Secured Signings as a potential platform. They fee is $9.95 a month and they give you 10 document signings worth $13 each for free.

I’m late to this topic but saw it and thought I should chime in: I’ve actually been using the Secured Signing platform for about six months and I am well pleased at their system, the cost, and their offerings. You can do General Notary, Notary involving Real Estate Transactions, and Digital Signings for your own personal documents or for others who need / prefer documents digitally signed. I like that not only can I do business re: Notary work but I also added Digital Signings as a service for companies or people who need documents digitally signed.

Before choosing SS, I looked at every electronic platform that my state allows Electronic Notaries to choose from. A couple came close, but many were duds. I thought about where I saw my business in the future and that I wanted a platform that could help me expand my business offerings. After my research, SS came the closest.

The system platform and setup is pretty easy once you know the ropes. They have plenty of video tutorials, a rather large guidebook, and help desk support by phone or email. (The times I’ve emailed them, they responded very quickly - within the a few minutes but no later than 24 hours.) I didn’t see any written step-by-step instructions for E-Notary, Remote Notary, IPEN, or Digital Signing, so I decided to do multiple tests on their platform (on my own time and dime) and write out my own step-by-step instructions. (I’m a written procedure type of girl.) I do know that they recently changed the pay plans to coincide with their upgraded platform which supposedly includes many more unlimited features.)

Based on my state’s Secretary of State website, I’m the only one signed to the SS platform in my county (there’s about 12 of us E-Notaries in the same area.) But, SS says that they’re growing and even have offices in other countries. I’m very pleased with the platform and quick customer support!

It is an electronic notarization platform.

Fees for notaries are listed here: Our Notary Software Pricing - Secured Signing (then scroll down to Notary Plans Pricing)

Make sure their platform is compliant/approved by your state.

I recommend signing up for their free webinar and training and see if you can test drive the software to see how you like it: Notary Certification & Training - Notary Software Feature - Secured Signing

Thank you so much for your positive feedback about Secured Signing’s platform. In saying this - would you mind if I use your feedback as a testimonial?
