I was told by different signing companies that until I had been a notary for a year and/or had 50+ signings under my belt, I would not be considered for any RON signings. Drove me nuts.
However, I found a company (local) who said, they would absolutely allow me to do RON signings and IPEN signings too. BTW, neither will pay as much as mobil signings but the savings on paper, toner, and gas are significant in my opinion. Well worth it since I am disabled.
