Has anyone on here done a seller relocation document? I’m aaking to get an idea of how many pages, time, etc…
It is the same as a regular seller package you may have done before. The only difference is (that I noticed) is the appraisal process is different because they need to sell the house within a specific timeframe as opposed to being able to leave it on the market until they get an offer that’s acceptable to them.
