Is the seller side closing different than any other
Have had as few as 17 pages and as many as 79. Average 25-35; varies by state, transaction, situation. I just have a flat rate $100 & ignore the variations. Add travel as required. While there aren’t a lot of documents and they usually have seen them before, there are still a few that have to be filled in or completed in some way and, in general, it seems that regardless of size, I’m ‘at the table’ for about an hour. As there is no RTC, they READ.

I agree w your pricing. Also, no one looks at the hud on cash deals so when you go to the closing table they always need to be redone. A 20 minute transaction ends up a 45 minute one, every time.
