I have not heard anything from Servicelink since Last Wednesday - right before Thanksgiving. Their phone is going to voicemail and no one is reachable. Anyone knows what is going on
There was a cyber attack that affected a number of title companies, and they are still recovering from it. See this thread for more information.

I thought they fired me 
Cyber attack last Tuesday shut down all the systems for all FNF companies and their affiliates. My guess is that they are trying to recover and revamp their security systems. There’s no accessibility to phones email or portals.
