I received an email offering a signing from Sayed Salehi but no other information. They also send me an encrypted file that I would have to log into. Has anyone worked with Sayed Salehi or Stephen Dubin. He informed me that he got my information from Notary Cafe. Just want to know if they are legit.

Was there a signature? A phone # and company name? what was the email address it came from. If there’s a phone number, call them and talk to them about the email - but please don’t click on that link.
I did a quick google search on each name - found absolutely nothing on either of them remotely related to loan closings -
I got the same email the other day. It started with “Kind Regards” and “a Refinance closing opportunity for you on Friday in your Zip code area”. No company name, no exact city/zip code, no date, just Friday . Legit requests usually have a little more specific details. It seemed too similar to other scam emails I have received. I just deleted it.
