Coast to Coast Signing Service
“To Whom It May Concern”

Dear Coast to Coast Signing Service,

I want to thank you for the opportunities your company provides to mobile notaries like me. I appreciate the role you play in connecting notaries with signings, and I understand the effort it takes to coordinate assignments efficiently. The task of renegotiating fees is bothersome and time consuming not only for notaries but I assume for your team as well.

In the spirit of collaboration, I wanted to offer some feedback about the SMS notification system. While it’s an excellent tool for quickly assigning signings, I believe providing a bit more information in these messages could make the process even smoother and more effective for everyone involved.

As notaries, we want to respond promptly to opportunities, but it can sometimes be difficult to make an informed decision without key details about the assignment. Including the following information in SMS notifications could help notaries evaluate jobs more quickly and confidently:

  1. Location of the signing (city and approximate distance).
  2. Number of pages to be printed and whether a borrower’s copy is required.
  3. Estimated time commitment for the signing.
  4. Proposed fee for the assignment.

Providing these details upfront would not only help notaries better plan their schedules but also ensure that the right notary is matched with the right signing as quickly as possible. This could lead to faster acceptance rates, fewer declines, and an overall smoother process for your team and notaries alike.

Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities your company provides. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and I look forward to continuing to work with Coast to Coast Signing Service.

Sincerely,

Address it to one of the owners Virginia Echirbel

Thank you for that information. I looked her up and my information tells me she is the owner of SoCal Signings. Just double checking. Can she be a principal in both companies?

Same company I am pretty sure. Her mother Lisa is also at C2C. In the training videos they post - Lisa has given out her phone number more than once.

Coast2Coast used to be SoCal Signings

Does C2C pay you guys? I only did two orders for them long ago and it took nearly 4 months of emailing and calling for them to pay me.

When I had a payment late for August it took six emails but I was steady in my requests and when they did pay for the August they paid for the September that was open actually early. I think a big key is to not be rude about it. People jump directly to threatening a company over slow pay and that’s just not necessary. I find C2C excellent with support and they can answer any question you have and for payment you just have to be persistent. I will work for them again.
