Yes many times, great company. Honest and will pay just finished a refi yesterday 8/20/2024.
Yes, I have done a few signings with them and they went well and I was paid on time. No issues.
I’ve had 2 signings with Signature Xcel. Both of them were unable to sign due to not having a valid id. I wasted 2 trips on both of them. For the 1st one it actually took quite awhile to receive payment from them. This last one I actually received a message stating they don’t know why I ever went because they never had the documents. Of course I can provide document proof, proof of phone calls with the company, even text messages stating I would still receive partial payment for both trips. Whoever emailed me back is refusing payment.
It’s crazy to me, a lot of companies expect notaries to travel, use toner, paper, wear and tear on vehicles, fuel and don’t want to pay. The pay is barely enough to even cover expenses. I’m sorry just venting. Thank you for your time and listening.
It’s not their fault the signer didn’t have a valid Id. That should have been covered by the conformation phone call.
I have often. They are always clear with instructions, their pay is timely and when I do have questions they are prompt to respond. I hope this helps.
