How would you determine which signing services assign work in your area? I realize signing services assign signings nationwide, but it seems likely that some signing services might specialize signings in a geographic region. By the way, I’m in Middle Tennessee, and I would love to work with signing services in this area. Working direct with Title Companies and Escrow Officers would be great, too!

You can’t really tell. Unless you google the signing services in your area. The best thing to do is to apply to many as you can (3 stars or higher) and you will be sure to get signings in your area. I hope this helps.
