Depends on who the signing service is. I’ve had them cut within days, and net 30. You can follow up with the signing service and ask what their terms are.

Most companies are 30-45 days.
I suggest reading their terms and conditions before acceptance.

I think they pay once a month for the previous months work. I’ve never had issues via that site. There should be a terms section that tells you. They also usually say no invoice is necessary, but I always send an invoice. The only service I don’t invoice is jots.
