Hello, I was wondering if anyone is familiar with “Simplifile’s Collaboration service”. I received an email with "I’m excited to invite you to join Simplifile’s Collaboration service! Collaboration streamlines e-closing workflow between settlement agents
and lenders.
I did a search in the forum and nothing posts showed up with their name. TIA
Do you do e-closings? Are you a settlement agent, escrow agent and/or lender? If you’re a notary public/notary signing agent then I don’t think this applies to you (not downplaying the role of the notary at all).
