Is it just me or are you also bombarded with sellers package offers during the last week of the month?
I wish it were so up here!
I also wish we had that problem. Listing/selling Inventory is getting tight in the Tampa Bay Area.
This is a regional phenomena. I’m seeing fewer Refis and an increase of seller packages. The Seller Packages are coming from out of state to be signed by those who’ve into my area. Mostly from California,
Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Chicago.
