I haven’t seen any recent threads for Good Signing Companies So I thought I would share a few for anyone trying to get going. I have been performing signings for many years and I see lots of negative posts (which can be very helpful!) so I think we should give a shout out to the better signing services. Some companies that are easy to work with and pay within 30 days:
Quality Signings, Notaries To You, First Class Signings, Fieldchoice, Central Signing Service, Title Processing Center, Network Solutions and Old Republic Title and always VERY consistent is Bancserv and Signature Closers.

Thanks for the info! I agree with the list as far as the companies on it I have worked with. Field Choice used to be better, but they have cut back on their fees and when I negotiate, they find someone cheaper. Oy Vey. I used to get a lot of work from them, but I don’t work for free.

I agree with a few of your picks, but not many. While I agree they do pay promptly, there are other factors that make some on the list ‘not so good’. Seems to me that ‘good’ is also related to how much competition there is in a very specific area. When it’s oversaturated, even the good co’s lowball.
I would not have listed them at all if they didn’t offer a fair fee, were easy to work with and paid quickly. That in my opinion makes them worthy of mentioning to notaries that are starting out. Plenty of notaries in my area…
