Hello everyone,
I am new at this. I have taken all the necessary steps to start getting started, I have only had 1 notification that I clicked on, saying " I’m interested." However, by the time I saw the text message on my phone, it was already assigned to someone else. Just the feeling I got when I got the notification it was scary, in a good way. because I was ready and nervous at the sometime. with that been said. I’m not sure why I am not getting any more notification.
is anyone else having this same problem?
please sharte
It’ll take a while as they get used to seeing your name/face. While waiting, take the time to figure out your expenses to travel to every city, zip code, county (whatever) you’re willing to service so you KNOW if the (usually too low) offer will be PROFITABLE or what fee you’ll need to counter with in order for it not to be a loss. In this market, you always need to counter or you’ll go broke quick.
Hey how are ya?
Girl I understand… Its definitely scary the first time…But after the first couple of assignments, you will feel more relaxed and confident… Just make sure to know the different docs they will be signing, and make sure you have more than one way for them to contact you ( email, cellphone )… I have hit " I’m interested " SO many times and still haven’t received the assignment… BUT keep doing it and I promise they will come. I try to stay 25 miles or less from my home and I never take a signing past 6pm… I wish you SUCCESS in this business… YOU GOT THIS ( smile ) and Happy Holidays
Hello Arichter,
I am working on my expenses as we speak. I have did a lot of research on Notary-Loan signing. just listening to other peoples story and learning different techniques, I really appreciate your feed back and I will make sure to counter offer if it don’t sound right to me.
Thanks again,
Stacy
Hello Sophia,
I have studied the documents and I keep watching the videos, regarding loan signing just to make sure I understand completely Which ones get notarized and which ones don’t. I definitely need to put more ways to be contacted on. because every time my phone make a ding noise I think its a signing, to my surprise it’s not. I wish you all the success too. and thank for the information.
Happy Holidays.

Hi there. In the beginning, it can be a little scary when you get started. When a notification comes in and you’re like, “Am I’m ready?” You’re ready! If you take the time to take the exam and get certified, you’re ready .
In my situation, after clicking on “I’m in interested” so many times and not getting assigned, I started calling the number on the notification alert. I’ll speak to the scheduler and say, "I’m Cynthia and I received the notification for the refi closing on the 26th and I was wondering if that’s still available? And they will say, “hold on let me check.” They come back and say “sure I’ll assign it to you.”
I’m finding that if I call after getting the notification, I’m usually assigned. But this is not the case all the time. Sometimes they will say, “someone will call you back” or “if you receive an email notification, then you know you have been assigned.” But I like the “call them” method. This has gotten me in good with a lot of signing services so much to the point that when I click I’m interested, they call me. Good luck with your business
By the way, once you do the breakdown for your net profit, you will quickly know which ones to accept and which to ignore. It seems to be, accepting assignments for a hundred dollars and above seems to make the most profit. But everybody’s business is different.

Hello csmallsnotary,
I am new to Notarycafe, I am still trying to navigate my way through everything here, I couldn’t even find the name of the company, I saw it once at the top of the blue bell and then it disappeared. I have been going through it a lot more trying to get familiar with it.
Thank you so much.
