I’ve been working with T365 and they send jobs frequently and pay well however I cannot reach anyone to answer questions. Does anyone have any experience with them and communication? I have the faxback emai and the join email. Other than that can’t get a response calling the phone number nor a general response email. Thanks.
@miyakmeek Great question!
I wondered if you performed a Search within the Treasure Trove database on Notary Cafe.
There are a few threads:
https://forum.notarycafe.com/search?q=%22t365%22
Although, not much contact data . . .
So, internet search resulted in the following:
======
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
======
SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
Thank you that is the number I have been calling. No response. Even submitted an online form. Also the previous forum messages was from 2021. Information changes in 4 years.
@miyakmeek Try these numbers . . . during their M-F working hours
.
As stated above . . . not much contact data in the Search on Notary Cafe.
Also, the internet Search produces email addresses for the Principal Members. You may want to look those up & reach out using that data.
.
Agree search icon difficult to locate on this web page and it is probably one of the most helpful tools. Now that I have created my own web page and I’m 75 years old know that changing background color for that section and highlight icon in dark print would be easier to view. C’mon now if I can do this so can person that created this web page. Wonder if they will see my comment.
@alice2uworld Yes!
As I’ve created multiple web pages over the course of a few decades, I also understand completely & have first-hand knowledge of how simply this type of web page change could be effected.
In addition, over a multiple-year interval of time I submitted supplications for brightening of the Magnifying Glass to help the new Notary Cafe members to locate & access the database. Unfortunately, there were at least two factors that presented insurmountable obstacles . . .
-
The COLOR LIGHTENING of the Magnifying Glass was identified to me that it’s a very, very Low Priority in the Grand Scheme of Items on the “To Do List/Wish List.”
-
I was also advised that this program has quite TENUOUS stability & is quite Fragile. You may recall there have been a few events after an Update/Upgrade that the Notary Cafe website will become inaccessible or demonstrate difficulties enabling the Login Function. The most recent event resulted in multiple weeks without access . . .
.
Ergo, it’s been multiple years since my most recent submission & no longer ask about the status of the Submission for BRIGHTENING of the Magnifying Glass.
.
Of note, about +/- one year ago, the Magnifying Glass color did begin to appear a bit Brighter; however, most who are new to the Notary Cafe website continue to struggle locating the Secret Door to the Treasure Trove of data!
I usually contact whoever is listed as the Title Contact if I have any questions. They pay fast. No complaints.
@alice2uworld Yes, they will!
The BBB page numbers are not accurate - I would suggest removing those from the forum. The 619 number is a Stewart title office and the secondary is a cell phone number for someone named Chris Cook.
I did use the search function and it did not heed the results I was looking for. This is not a duplicitous comment. I still have not been able to find a number that actually reaches a person. Again, I like working for this service but communication is near impossible.
People should take more care when posting contact info on this forum. Things change.
Brianna.Vick@title365.com this is a closer I’ve worked with directly. Maybe she can assist you.
You are awesome. Thank you. I will reach out to her. I appreciate your help. Do you mind me asking your experience with them?
I have done several assignments for them but my fees are a little higher so I don’t get a lot of orders.
But they have been very responsive and they pay very fast. I would take all they give me.
I have learned a long time ago BBB not dependable. Garbage in and garbage out and not enough staff to keep up with changes or business does not advise BBB of changes. Need a better system.
