Has anybody every work with them? They reached out to me from outside Signingorder but havent got a response from them since completing the order. Getting a little nervous now.

I did an assignment with them a month ago and payment is net 30 days and that will be paid at the end of the following month after the assignment. The contact person is Myesha Ray. I find they do not answer the phone but will respond to an email. Iā€™m waiting for the end of December to be paid.

I rarely get a response once Iā€™m done. That usually means thereā€™s no problem to report. Donā€™t expect a thankyou email either. Thatā€™s the way it is.

Is there a reason youā€™re expecting to hear from them? It is very rare that I hear from my hiring party once the documemts are dropped.

Hi there, just wondering did they ever pay you and was it on time? Iā€™m going through something with them right now and wanted to know how many, if any, other notaries are trying in vain to receive payment. Iā€™ve received a bounced check from them on 1/23/25 for a 11/7/24 assignment. After much ā€œdramaā€ Iā€™ve just received another check (a little leery about depositing it as I was already dinged for a return check fee by my bank plus the withdrawal of the check amount funds) and will deposit it today (1-29-25). Thanks! Fingers-crossed! LOL~

@csmallsnotary You said ā€œa little leery about depositing it as I was already dinged for a return check feeā€ - They should reimburse you for that return check fee. And, of course, shouldnā€™t be issuing bad checks but thatā€™s a whole other issue and discussion.

I totally agree! I should be compensated for the bounced check fee, but I wasnā€™t. I just posted a new posting (with the complete backstory) to warn notaries to beware of this SS.
