I received a message from Thervo about a notary request in Jacksonville, FL. I don’t remember signing up for this service, but my information could have been sourced elsewhere. To access lead information, they required credit card details—a significant red flag. After researching and reading reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to delete my account as I found the service non-credible. BBB complaints too. Yet another glorified online phone directory who wants to charge you for the privilege of appearing in their search results. And it is a huge leap to think a customer would use their website instead of their normal internet browser (Google, Bing, etc) to do perform searches for whatever they are looking for in the first place. And their Terms of Use are kinda laughable --especially considering you did not sign up with them in the first place. And potential notary customers would pay THEM first, then they pay you? WTF no thank you. A hard pass for me LOL
