Has anyone done a time share mortgage and if so is there any differences in the paperwork, and do people ever back out? I was surprised to see one come through yesterday, I always thought they signed people on the spot and would have a notary at their presentations.
I have done a few of them. Pretty standard. Be aware, they usually require a witness, so you want to be prepared for that.
Agree and yes they do require a witness normally.
I have been doing them
Hi, in reference to time shares, I recently did one here in Ga for Hilton Grande vacations! I am a newbie so I don’t really know the differences. It came to me thru snap docs. It was a little over 50 pages total. Unfortunately my client had to read every word! It was a great experience for me being new. I would love to have more of them!
I have done a few of of them. No real difference then any other loan you do.
Most of the client’s question have already been answered.
