I worked for Express Notary and they do pay. Did you send them an invoice? Also, email them and if you have not received payment. They pay and respond. Hope this helps!
Hi. I had a few prolonged payments from signings I did in January. I sent invoices to the signing & title companies & I called them as well to get contact information for their Accounts Payable person. I received payment within 1 week. I also set an automatic resend of the invoice after 30 days.
It’s been a while but I’ve done jobs for them in the past and have no complaints. As a matter-of-fact, I have a job for them tonight after work.
I’ve done one refi closing and had no issues. They paid faster than most. I’ve had several new requests but due time conflicts I was unable to accept. I would have no problem accepting future assignments.
I don’t have time to start communication with any company. Only communication I need is…call be for the signing. Pay me.
I have done a number of signings for Timios and I have always been paid on time. My experience with them as been ok not bad, but not great. They do need to improve on their communication abilities and their system to accept orders feels like you have to sit and watch your email 24/7 because orders get snatched up in the first 3 to 5 minutes from the time they’re posted. Which creates a small and unfair advantage to getting one of their orders. Other than that it’s a decent company.
I used to work for them when they paid a decent fee. Now, the pay is ridiculously low, in my opinion. It is impossible to communicate with them so I don’t anymore.
I’ve done more than a few closings for Timios. IMO, they are a good company. They pay on time and I’ve been able to get a hold of someone after hours. The only challenge for me is that I’ve done so many solid closings, I was hoping they would go up on their fee. I do however get sporadic signing request where as I have an opportunity to state my fee which is $150.00. The auto generated request are almost always $95. Not terrible but not great if it’s a large package. Overall, I think they are a great company to work for and the reps are friendly.
Unfortunately that is what it is coming to. Going to straight to the title company
