Hello! Has anyone worked with Timios Company? I did a job for them and while doing so I wanted to just keep a form of communication with them and give updates on how things are going. Also I had a question I really needed answered by them. I couldn’t even get in contact with the Lender representative. I could never reach anyone of the contacts that was on the order. Very frustrating and unprofessional! I did complete the refinance order and returned it so now I’m waiting to get paid. It’ll be within a month so hopefully they will do right and pay me what’s due. I’m very Leary of them. I can’t work with a company that refuse to communicate.

I haven’t, but many from the forums have… people “praise” them for being a good company, whatever that means nowadays

I contact the place the final docs are going to…somehow they call you after a while…

None of the services providers prioritize the signing agents very well.
I always have the signer communicate with the Lender to answer questions. The signer and leader are the only two people in the process that really matter.

I applied 5 x’s and 5 ways to onboard with Timios.
I stopped seeking partnership with them because, I’m afraid they don’t have a working system of communication with the signing agent. It’s very concerning. I want to provide excellent service and teamwork is a vital part to achieve my goals as a partner.

I’ve done a few from them and they usually pay. I wouldn’t stress too much on that. But the jobs from them are few and far in between. register with snap-docs or Express Notary, or Signing Order. My job flow is steady with just these 3.

Xome is a very good service provider.
All of the signings seem to me within 20 miles.
I get request almost daily, base pay is $90.
You communicate by text or email to a quick reply.
This is worth the time and money you spend. But I was told early on to Sign up for 100 plus companies until I reach my desired goals.

Express Notary doesn’t pay. I’m still waiting on payments from January and they have not responded to either of my 5 emails.
I’m assuming you haven’t had any issues receiving payment from Notary? I’m in TN although it shouldn’t matter what state you’re in.
Call the Title office.
Timios has a nasty habit of telling you the assignment is yours, then they keep looking for somebody cheaper. If they find someone, they tell you the signing is cancelled. I know because it’s happened to me. This sort of behavior is WAY over the line. Stay away from them.

Not being able to reach or get a call back from signing company is the norm most of the time. Especially after the signing is completed. However, I find the SnapDocs program is pretty good with communication most of the time. Others not so much.
Yes, TIMIOS is a wonderful company to work for I have no complaints. If you are a Notary Signing Agent your training through the NNA has given us all the tools we need to perform our jobs with any Title Company. When you receive the “CLOSING VENDOR ORDER” after accepting the order be sure to call borrower to schedule/confirm appointments or LVM then update in TIMIOS under updates notes/comments then submit. Then read ALL INSTRUCTIONS on CLOSING VENDOR ORDER and you will get an email from TIMIOS once documents are ready to print. Now Pay attention because you need to make sure you print all documents its normally like 125-160 pages. You will do fine. Do a great job with them!
Timios has been one of my regular clients. Their fees aren’t the highest but they’ve paid me on time, within 30 days. They are consistent and have sent me a steady stream of business.

Have worked for Timios any times back years they were an excellent company then they opened more new offices and started the robo calling like many title companies out there giving us no human contact no countering fee. You are right they don’t answer the phone leave a message and hopefully someone will get back to you I have found it’s better to email for a quicker response. They do pay 30 days.
Run for your life lol 200+page packages they usually high ball you at 125 for your first signing that’s an hour away so now it’s 85-90 for 200+ pages all the time abd forget about negotiating they are a seriously struggling company that has just changed over new ownership so they are even more ripping you off with the page counts and money it’s too many companies that are so more easy going and pay correctly😇
