I am a Texas LSA in the process of signing up with Timios. They are requiring a Fidelity Bond in addition to E+O. Is a Fidelity Bond required in Texas? If so, which bond should I get, as I see there are 3 different kinds. Also, does one require escrow-sponsorship for this company? Thanks much!
