Hello. I searched the forum for answers for this question and didn’t find anything so I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve emailed the company and haven’t received a response yet. Is there any way to receive signing requests via texts instead of emails? I keep missing them as every time I try to accept within a couple minutes and it’s gone. Thank you in advance!
I’m not sure. I do have the same issue. Sometimes I’ll get an email, then shortly after I get a text. But I would prefer the text first. I do know that on some SS at registration they have asked if you prefer text or email, but it’s not all of them.
