How many of your signing services require you to send them an invoice for your room rental. For me that is between you and the title office but there are signing services requiring they see invoice that room is paid. I am a seasoned notary and this is very new to me I have never done this before how many of you are having to require a room rental invoice stating the room has been paid?
Attention title officers reading this, I will not charge a room rental for closings preformed in my office.
