Good evening hope everyone is having a good day and end of month!!
Im looking to sign up with Title365. Does anyone here work for them and if so what are your experiences? Good and bad are welcome
Thanks everyone
Frequent late docs unless you nag. Pkg size varies (125 to170) so ask & price accordingly. 9 to 15 notarizations/pkg. My biggest issues are they never pre-fill anything in the N. Certs and only provide a line this short _______________ for you to squeeze it all in AND they incorrectly include the CA penalty of perjury clause (only each one says a different state) in every Ack, so their packages are labor-intensive.
Agreed. If I do a closing for them, I charge more and I also use apa’s for all their title docs since they expect you to fit names of all borrowers in the space you could only type them in with a computer.
Whoever generated the template for their title docs is clueless.
I have zero issues with them. Never had a document delay issue. And if it is it’s totally in the normal workings of Signings.
The only thing I will say is they offer $90 whether it’s a HELOC or a refi.
I do some of their signings and it’s tuff to negotiate higher than $90, but I guess quantity is sometimes ok if you do enough of them for that $90. I agree their Acks are time-consuming in that you cant use what they provide unless it’s just one signer.
In years past I enjoyed working with Title 365; not so these days.
They called me yesterday to do a correction on a closing I didn’t do. The person who called me was 90% difficult to understand. I had to call T365 for clarification on the assignment. Tiffany Fair, at T365, asked who I talked with and replied that I couldn’t understand the caller’s name. Tiffany asked it the person sounded like they may be in India. I said yes…
She then told me that the closing was for Mr. Cooper and she said T365 does not do scheduling and the call was actually Mr. Cooper using T365’s name.
I asked if T365 had been sold. She said no but they only work with Mr. Cooper, exclusively.
Xome & Title 365 seem to be used interchangeably, but last 1 wasn’t Mr. Cooper & I got $200…just saying…
You will find a lot of Titles and Lender are outsourcing their schedule team to India and the Philippines lately. Their cutting expense everywhere they can.
