Unlimited Ink Notary

I replied to this thread in May of 2024 as I was fairly new. I have done a few signings with them since then. I did not do any of the training they say is required. I found working with them to be an ok experience but they did seem to do a lot of micromanaging and the low pay did not seem to make it worthwhile.

Don’t accept the low pay. Ask for the fee you want. Not sure why notaries continue to complain about jobs they accept at fees they find unacceptable. This is not the fault of a hiring company.

No matter who is calling us --title co, lender, signing service, attorney, whoever– if their offer doesn’t match our rate, COUNTER. Counter, counter, counter. Because it’s just business. But the rate negotiation rodeo is something brand new notaries don’t consider or they are too intimidated or uncomfortable. That was me. You have lots signings under your belt now and you are wise to the ways, Carissa! I am older/wiser now too LOL. Keep at it! :cowboy_hat_face:
