US Sign Pro (platform)

Hi. I received an email from US Sign Pro to sign up on their free database. Has anyone worked with them? Can you share your experience? I found their website link below.

https:// ussignpro .com/ [LINK REMOVED BY NOTARY CAFE MODERATORS]

Not familiar with them, but I noticed they want to know who takes same day assignments and may have the expectation for same day shipping. In some rural areas that’s not realistic.

Removed the link. Website actually says copyright is 2025.

I thought I had it right. Oops sorry. Pretty sure 2018 is right though.

Hi @tracyflavien, I received an email from them as well on yesterday that went to spam. Their site is fairly new it seems. They asked for the same info as NNA, Snapdocs, SigningOrder, etc. They didn’t mention fees for the types of signings that they need agents for, but said they pay fair; that can be subjective. They do say that they pay right away as compared to the others. Guessing the offers can be countered. I couldn’t find any reviews about them. I went a head and signed up with them, lets see how it goes.

Thanks for the replies. @cobbcountysignandseal I was thinking of doing that as well. But I have a problem with companies that list no contact person or staff. Its like a black hole, you have no idea whose running the place. Maybe its similar to signingorder in that its just a platform, payments will come from title companies or signing services you accept orders from.

All of the vendors on signing order use vendor pay, I think, and each vendor has their own payment schedule. I am not verifying as I respond. US Sign Pro says they pay shortly right after each signing. We shall see. I won’t know until and if I complete a signing for them how they show up. :laughing:

For what it’s worth, in my experience, I would avoid any signing service that sends out an “invitation” to sign up for their database or other offerings. With all the notaries out there, why do that have to send out unsolicited invitations to get people to work with them. I don’t trust that approach. They’ll probably ask you a lot of questions and then ask for some $$$ to obtain/retain relationship. Nah, not me.

How do new platforms get notaries? They seem pretty standard. Payment is specified as sent after they receive payment. Which most fees are paid at distribution so that’s not bad.

Hello @Bobby-CA -

I wholeheartedly, concur. That said, how do you recommend choosing the “right” signing service?

V/R,

Karina

Their payment terms state they pay out when they are paid. And most fees are paid at distribution so that means - within a couple of weeks. Their system requests auto deposit details for ACH payment.

To choose the signing services you want to work with, I recommend doing the following:

  1. The usual due diligence: check them out on the Internet, Facebook, Instagram and the like. Dig around and see what other people say; look at their website thoroughly; look at their street premises on Google maps; stuff like that.
  2. Ask on Notary Cafe like everybody else does and check out the “Goldmine” in the search feature.
  3. Call some other notaries that you’re friendly with and ask your questions.
  4. Call the signing service and ask to speak to the Operations Manager and/or the Accounting Manager. Ask your tough questions and gauge the answers carefully.
  5. I’m sure I’ve left a lot of stuff out, but that will get you started. Good luck!

@Bobby-CA

Thank you for your valuable advice on choosing signing services. I appreciate your suggestions on due diligence, using resources like Notary Cafe, and speaking directly with managers.

Your insights will be very helpful as I start my search. Thanks again for your support!

Karina

I looked into registering with them because I’m on probably every free platform there is.

They sent the Notary Agreement to be esigned. I attempted 4 times to mark complete via the esign thing they used, but it never worked. I sent some emails asking why it wasn’t working.

I have never heard back from them but instead continue to get reminder emails to sign the agreement I opened on 9/29.

I finally sent an email stating if they could not respond to an email asking why the esign process did not work, how could a notary work for them and trust them to respond to actual notary questions?

I get a feeling this is a fully automated system and as such - I’m not sure how great it would be. I sent a scan of a signed agreement if it’s not accepted I’ll ask them to remove my application.

@Bobby-CA :white_check_mark: Yes, I AVOID these ‘invitations’ also. :white_check_mark:

@Bobby-CA :tada: Excellent! :tada:

@johnsonps306 – I had the very same experience except for I did get an email response from Ivan Terziski saying the link they sent shouldn’t take me to One Drive to proceed. His email set forth some steps to follow – all to no avail (same results). He supposedly sent me a new link. That 2nd email looked exactly as the first and got the same results. I finally emailed him back saying “guess it wasn’t meant to be.” Today, I received a reminder to complete my sign up – with the same link. Tried it, same thing.

Beginning to think US Sign Pro is a scam. Giving up on that one. :frowning:

That certainly seems to be the case.
