Please email virginia@c2csignings.com and detail which video titles you have completed so your positive feedback can be added to your SnapDocs profile promptly, and C2C appreciates you
$35-50 is for 15min, 20 pages or less loan mods that only have 2 signatures or less, please do not mislead new notaries into thinking they are dong full 125-175 pages loan signings for $35-50 dollars that simply is not true and has never been a practice of C2C
There has never ever been a time where you would need to print 3 copies. Please be mindful that C2C does not practice the way you have described, and if one would need $15 etc for gas to up the signing because they are farther away, all you have to do is ask and all reasonable requests are appeased in favor of the notary.
Lots of notaries do not realize that you do not need to have two different sizes of documents for your signings. All a notary needs to do is make sure the printer is set to letter and fit to page so all the documents print on the same size paper and the legal documents are not cut. You would be amazed at how many loan sets come back to C2C on a daily basis that are cutoff. Thank you for your input and C2C and your signerâs appreciate you and your attention to detail
C2C uses NotaryDash for loan mods, contact jennifer@notarydash.com if you would like to take on some of these
C2C uses SnapDocs for all other signings such as grant deeds, HELOCâs, refiâs, buyer/seller packages etc
Thank you for your reply. It is news to me since I spent all the money on a 2 drawer printer to replace my old workhorse laser printer! As I read most of the instructions, they seem to be clear on document size. Legal on legal is emphasized, now with a test sheet on the notary instructions. Most say, if notary does not have a dual printer to print all on legal. I really hate going back to a signersâ house 2 times!!! It would be nice if lenders and the government would go to all letter size. In real estate, colorado made the change about 15 years ago. I used to need an incoming fax that printed on legal and letter. That was better than hand (or car) delivery on all documents. Now, most is delivered electronically. As a notary printing mybown docs, I did have a problem, thinking it was my new (used) printer until I received instructions with one order to import docs to an Adobe pdf file. Voila. Worked!!
Your signings should not take you 2 hours, if you are at the table for 2 hours there are some adjustments on your end that will need to be made and training can be provided to help you with time proficiency for FREE with C2C. You should not be in a signerâs home more than an hour tops unless you have to stop and make a phone call due to an issue with documents. Please do not have new signing agents thinking a signing takes 2 hours because that simply is not true. All signings are not a flat rate $75 either. If you need an extra $25 for gas just ask because the answer is always NO if you do not ask. If you would not like to work with C2C that is fine, C2C will always be here if you change your mind. Good luck with your other signing companies, that is great if you are compensated to your liking, but C2C is all about working with new and seasoned notaries and is the only company that will train and help ALL notaries for FREE.
No worries, if you need anything I am here to help TheKaseyKyle@gmail.com
If you ask for increases that are $75-100 dollars, unless it is a remote area, yes they will find someone closer, but reasonable increases usually are not turned down. I can let Lisa the owner know. Do you have a job that can be researched so I can see what you mean, Even you were not assigned, your being assigned and then being taken off of a job can still be seen as C2C can see the increase you asked for and C2C can tell you if you may have asked for too much. C2C is willing to work with and appease all reasonable requests
As stated, as long as you set your printer to fit to page and have it set to letter, your legal documents will not be cutoff and you entire loan set, letâs say 175 pages can all be printed on the same size paper . You will need to make sure you check your printer settings for those two settings each time you print
No it does not, when did you accept a full loan signing such as a HELOC, Refi, buyer/seller package for $30??? $30 dollar offers are only on 15min appts and that is far pay seeing as the printing is only 2-21 pages tops. If you see a full signing advertised for $30 and it is 125-175 pages please email me so I can forward to the owner of C2C

Hopefully there are positive changes. I stopped accepting C2C orders due to the extremely low offers and very slow pay. In my opinion the low-ball offers are insulting of our profession and not worth my time to even counter.
Yes, they use SnapDocs just like alot of other companies use them. SnaoDocs has a wealth of information there for you to absorb and easy to use
I recently had a reverse mortgage closing. Normally 175 to 200 pages and over an hour. This one was 306 pages. That is 650 pages by the time you print instructions!!! I needed a wheeling briefcase!! Pay was very low. Once the package sent to me, I tried to push it higher, but no go. 2 little old ladies who would not turn off the TV as constant up to the minute repetitive news was their life. 2 1/2 hours. Then, of course scanning all that. Yikes. Is this where we are going?
Was this a C2C signing, if so I can get you compensated for that and there should have been no push back for pay increase, email me with the particular and I will send it up the chain for you thekaseykyle@gmail.com
I received an offer today for $50 via text. The location is on an island that requires $20 ferry fee. Thereâs so much in city traffic to get to the ferry that Iâd burn up a lot of fuel. Counteroffered for $250 but have not hear anything.
There is something seriously wrong with the process.
Does Coast2Coast signing service have anything to do with Coast2Coast Funding
Group?
Define a âreasonable requestâ. The straw that broke the camelâs back was when I took a Texas H.E. loan that required a title office, so I requested $150 ($90 + $60 office fee). Thatâs is the standard rate that I charge signing companies for Texas Cash-Out refinances.
I immediately received a call from C2C and was told the $60 rental fee was fine, but then I was told that 75+60 = 135, not 150 (as if I was stupid). I was asked why I increased MY fee. After explaining that it was my standard fee, I was told that there are notaries who can do it cheaper and that I was being removed from the order. Didnât even have the chance to negotiate something. I wouldâve negotiated for a lower fee, but not $75. Thatâs ridiculous for this type of transaction.
I understand that signing companies are a business and you need to make a certain amount per closing to be profitable, but it is very clear that Coast2Coastâs goal is to make as much money as they can, and will not try to âappeaseâ anyone.
- So, my âreasonable requestâ was for a $15 increase, which is justifiable considering my experience, professionalism, and ability to source a title office quickly to conduct the closing.
Iâve been a Signing Agent for 6 years, and have never been treated like that by anyone. After thousands of closings with hundreds of different Title and Signing companies, Coast2Coast has been the only one that has ever gotten under my skin. That phone conversation made it very clear that C2C prays on new notaries that are just looking to get their foot in the door. Quality doesnât matter as long as they can make an extra 15 bucks.
Email me thekaseykyle@gmail.com, I would like for everyone to see a response but I have to be careful how I word things so they do not get flagged or removed. Iâm available to chat with you anytime today
I do not feel you asked for too much, that was a reasonable request and this is something that C2C Iâd working on for us notaries. letâs chat
