I live in Washington DC area and I have a slightly used Brother MFC 5850 with dual printer trays for $300. I really love this printer but I have to do color printer for my Apostilles. This printer was my first printer for my loan signing work. The ink toner is still full. It is a black and white laser printer. It is pretty heavy and I can see how much it would cost to send.
Do you have to print in color to send documents to secretary of state?
