If there is no answer, I leave a polite/professional vm regarding the borrowerâs question and my callback number and let them know if they donât get back to me, that if borrower feels comfortable moving forward, they will just answer/complete forms to the best of their ability. Thatâs all we can do.
One thing that workds for me. I provide the signers with a note or index card to right down their exact concerns and ask reach out to the lender at a later, if we do not receive a callback.
