I’ve been with snapdocs for a long time, but now that I sign in to snapdocs it then takes me to put in my verification code that they text to my phone. I have a Apple phone and I’m not getting the code, they are telling me its my carrier that not allowing them to connect. Anyone else having this new problem
I have apple also but it goes through AT&T is fine
I hate having to input a code every darn time, makes me not want to use snap docs.
This practice is not unique to SnapDocs. Many service providers are now using two-step verification, even outside of the industry. I suspect this will only increase and become the norm.
