Do not use or recommend Finest. I’m a NYS notary & needed a New Jersey notary for important papers for friend in hospital in N.J. Booked notary with Finest Mobile & paid $236 in advance. They sent a notary commissioned in Kings County, NYS. He couldn’t notarize papers in New Jersey. He said Finest sent him to New Jersey before(!). We searched and found a New Jersey notary who could come to hospital the next day. I called Finest & left message asking for refund. No one called me back. I sent an email recounting the whole incident & again asked for refund. No one contacted me. I have reported the incident to Amex & it will do investigation. There’s no address for Finest on website, but Amex had the address. Then a friend looked on Yelp. All reviews for Finest were one star or less
