Anthony is back at it again! $10 is all it takes to get a listing on his directory for LIFE! What a deal considering he claims to have 1,000,000 visits per month…Oh I should mention when he was asked to provide proof of that 1m visits he refused to share that report…He also claims to be a computer expert and has been around for longer than google! You’d think if that was the case his site would look nicer, be easier to navigate and be TOP OF PAGE when a person searches for Notary Directory.

This is his reply, Keep in mind he emailed me first with an unsolicited email pitching his service.
He says:

Like I said businesses never show their Stats because their Stats will be in
violation of Privacy Laws.
Anyway, you’re in Violation of our Notary Directory and you are BANNED.
We are looking for Professionals and you’re not one of them.
Govern Yourself Accordingly and be extremely careful because SLANDER
will result in a huge Lawsuit against you and against your company.
Be very careful because your Notary License could be suspended for life.
You cannot Slander any company as a Notary so you are BANNED
for life and do not communicate anymore.
I don’t do business with idiots like you. Now get lost and get off the internet
and be very careful with your words because you will be SUED.

Our Stats shows static ips. I already told you that the IPs are static
which will point the customer or visitor. That’s invasion of Privacy
Laws.
We are allowed to monitor our websites, period.
Our Stats are over 2 TB per month which is a hell of a lot of Stats.
I have been in teh DOT COM business while you were still in
diapers.
I cautioned you to be very careful with your words. You don’t want
my Lawsuit up your ass because you can’t even afford me.
If you think for one second I cannot have your Notary License
suspended for life, for harassment, for slander and for your

All I can say is “Wow”…LOL
Never heard of this directory so, for giggles, I went to the website - did a search for a notary within 25 miles of my zip code - only one listing came up for someone 77 miles away…and their commission, oddly enough, expires today.
I say save these emails - if they keep coming you have your own harassment claim. Good luck with this…and thanks for the warning!

His comments are defamatory and libelous. Hang on to his messages and the original emails as the routing and meta data are buried in the message. You may need this if he follows through with a law suit. His style of writing seems to indicate a rather unsophisticated mindset that’s trying to talk like a lawyer.

You may also find it quite insightful to reach out to your Internet Service Provider [ISP] and request that they accumulate the “raw” data. This information will contain a plethora about the sender & will most likely be quite revealing & helpful.
NOTE: With some ISPs (mine included) you can go into their system & review the raw data yourself on your email messages and store it for future reference to avoid it being inadvertently deleted.
