Accepted an assignment from them in February of 2023. A seller package. Have called, emailed, contacted the Title company, the realtor, sent demand letters and still no pay. Donny Brokenberry is the owner and they are out of Texas. They were using Singing Order and I have contacted them also to report this. I have also contacted the Attorney General to report Theft of Services. This company is a total deadbeat and this is a warning to not work with them because you won’t get paid.

Hi Tammy I too had issues with FCS. I was not paid for several payments last year. They were resolved but by pieces. Not the full amount little by little until it was paid up. So I continued working with them thinking it was a mistake.
Recently reviewing payments I found 3 more payments due. They only sent two payments. Knowing the third payment was in the payment request.
This is the same pattern I experienced last year with them. I have emails to prove it. If I ever get paid for the third payment, I’m DONE with them.

I had the same issue with him last year. A signing in October. I sent emails made phone calls. I had the direct contact from the company. I called and sent emails. They contacted him and nothing. and I then sent the company an invoice with what I charge. They paid it my invoice. He then emailed me saying why did I do that and why did I charge that my rate. I told him if he had paid me on time and not be 6 months past due; we wouldn’t have this issue. He said he would tell others what I did. I kept all the emails. I wish signing order would allow us to rate SS; like they can rate us.

Yes they did pay me.
