WARNING: Notary Dash don't pay

I just left them, yet another voicemail yesterday, letting them know that I will be suing them and hopefully joining a Class Action lawsuit. All of a sudden, I received 2 emails back this morning (after a week and a half of them not answering the phone or returning my calls or emails for the last week and a half.) One of them pointed to the other one, saying that I have to email them (which I already had) and that one told me all of a sudden “this is a net 60” which is a lie. I specifically asked and was told net 45 (which is BAD enough). Then, they had the gall to suggest that I check to see if I had submitted my W9, which is ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with my paperwork, and if there was, I would not be able to accept a job from them. This is GASLIGHTING at it’s worst, while they are CONTINUING to WASTE my time. I called the Seattle Times just now in hopes of finding a reporter local to the Notary Dash office that will write a story on this company, who operates Nationally, and is defrauding and stealing from multiple people over several years and somehow, they are allowed to continue. I saw someone in the thread also suggest reporting to the Washington State AG office and the BBB, which I will also do. Obviously, we all want, need and deserve to be paid for our work and our investment of time, gas, printer, paper, toner… but we all deserve to be paid on time and without this scheming, gaslighting nonsense. I will do everything I can do to have all of these below-board companies put out of business, and I would like to see them do jail time, as they are national companies, their crimes are FEDERAL CRIMES. Evil prevails when good people do nothing.

Sorry you are having trouble with them. Who was the company on Notary Dash is just the platform. Venbook.com has a list of bad companies and its free. Plus another list that shows all the companies on signing order and snapdocs good info hope this helps for the future.

I only work with one SS on Notary Dash and ignore the rest. Like many platforms, it’s not always the platform that is slow but the Signing Service might be the one that is slow. Each Signing Service on the platform has their own payment terms – YOU MUST READ THE AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT TERMS before calling to collect on payment and it’s wise to do the same before posting a complaint.
Signing Order is the same. I turned off notifications from SnapDocs a long time ago but I believe the SS determines their terms as well.

I just did a partial loan mod, it was only 4 miles from my house, it was through notary dash, it was only for $30, but I’m assuming I probably won’t see it. I’m just going to let it go and not reply to any of their notifications for signings. Nip it in the bud! :+1:

Another method of contact to most of these non-paying companies … most everyone is on social media. Try contacting them through their social media service (FaceBook, LinkedIn, etc.). If you post on their page, perhaps their followers will pick up on the fact that said company doesn’t pay. Maybe public embarrassment will make them change their ways!

The owner of Notary Dash is Jennifer Garland. Notary Dash is a platform. Her signing service is Prestige Notaries Inc.* According to the various notary forums, this signing service has a reputation for low pay/slow pay/no pay.
