Have you email them an invoice? I have worked for them for years and they have never missed a payment. They are a great company to work for. I would call and try to reach out to the owner. Their personnel is always courteous. Also make sure that the order came from them. there are many companies that carry a very similar name. Like Notaries 24/7 and Notarize 24/7.
