Website SigningOrder

I have accepted offers that were reasonable and no order was scheduled. Signing Order give those trained in Notary2Pro and LSS first priority and Unlimited Ink assignment will not take any other notary not on those listed of completing the training with those two. I have been receiving text from get notarized good rates and Closing Exchange.

You believe that… I have a bridge for sale.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I was responding base on a video I watch from Unlimited Ink, but was not thinking there are MANY companies link with Signing Order.
Thank you

4 years of Estate planning documents and Real Estate deeds. With another 3-4 years of loan documents.

Not sure why you’re telling me your experience? The signing services could benefit from knowing that though-

@kiersten.tabion ummm…you asked her? See your post that she replied to - you said "How much general notary work have you done? "

My point being, make sure the services she wants to work with know this. I am not a signing service owner.

@LindaH-FL I asked someone else that I was replying to, not the person that replied.

That depends on your relationship with a company.

ALL THE TIME… Never got any of them,

I think Unlimited Ink is flying those for marketing purposes. They have a database of notaries who have taken their training already. When a non-affiliated notary clicks on that offer they are showing interest and may be marketed to for enrolling in their paid course. I don’t see enough volume for them to make up the expense of taking their training and at 8 years worth of experience, I very much doubt they have anything to add to what I already know or have experienced.

I haven’t had any issues with signing order except for Cloud signing. They don’t pay at all. Coast to coast paid. I don’t get many messages from snapdocs for some reason. I’ve probably one done 2 in 4 years through them, but get signingorder all the time

Start with the low ballers like notary go. They give everyone a chance and once I did a few with them, they started coming through with others. With signing order, my first 6 were Cloud signing which didn’t pay at all, however my info must have shown Signings done because i finally started getting Signings through SO from other companies . I was a notary SA for 2 years before I finally got a signing! Now they come back to back. Don’t ignore the low balls because sometimes it’s only 8 pages to print and 3 pages that actually need signatures. What’s wrong with $50 to drive 10 min and stamp 1 page!? Sign up for I9s too. Notary go and others send orders for those. Pays little but again, a few pages with only 1 stamp.

Unlimited Ink will hire notaries who haven’t taken their training as well.

They really should be held responsible though. I guess they only care about the money they get from signing services. If companies don’t pay, how can they ethically host these losers? I find it despicable.

Who told you that ? I get signings from signing order all the time, and I never took one of high priced courses.

Agree. Sometimes $50 can be profitable. BUT, you do have to ‘do the math’ to determine this. I don’t believe newbs ever do that until they realize the low fee barely covered their expenses and they really only have $5 ‘profit’ for the 3 hours they spent.

@houstons3d_notary It’s true! In order to ensure you’re NOT operating at a LOSS, crunch the numbers . . . Here is a Notary Cafe direct URL link to a Guideline for creating your Schedule of Fees:
