Website SigningOrder

I have said YES to 5 orders and I didn’t get any of them. Has that happened to anyone else?

ALL. THE. TIME. Many are offered, say ‘yes’, but the cheapest gets the job. That’s how all platforms work 99% of the time.

Sometimes you think you’re the fastest. They also ask for a back up email address so it depends on which email is your primary. I like signing order myself.

After the first company didn’t pay, I told them I won’t do business with them anymore. Coast to coast was another they tried to send to me. I plan to stear clear of anything signingorder.com send.

I’ve noticed since getting more orders with SigningOrder this has decreased, but when I first started I never got accepted to a single one, got a few on snap docs and magically started getting accepted for some on SO!

yes. the competition is tough. I have said yes to over 50 and have gotten nothing. I frequently get jobs from signing order though

Don’t blame signing order for some companies. There are a lot of good companies on signing order. Do research before taking a signing, look up the company. And read what others are saying coast 2 coast has problems it all over the platform.

How much experience do you have? This industry is just like any other they want people with experience.

I am a new signing agent so I have no experience. The only way I can get experience is if someone gives me a chance

You’re absolutely correct! So hard to get experience if you someone doesn’t give you a chance. Patience on Signing order is key, keep responding yes, and at some point, you will be the person that they assign to. Once you get assigned, and get the assignment done correctly, they will be more likely to accept you when you hit yes (if they have used you in the past, plus I find the ones that I have done signings for, I will get a text BEFORE it goes to the job board). That being said, when I’m hanging out at home, I keep the job board open, and just refresh it every 10-15 minutes, and respond yes to the ones that fit my requirements (I won’t leave for less then $100) or I will counter (I’ve gotten 2 counters on SO, and have since gotten more from the same companies via SO).

I don’t jump to conclusions but I believe that signingorder.com company may be illicit in using bad actors since I have received at least 6 orders that are for companies all of which had many bad reviews and most are for non-payment. I will continue to review the companies I receive for bad reviews. I will give the site another chance to see if good companies are present. I appreciate your help.

I am not sure you understand what signingorder is, companies use the platform to list jobs. Signingorder isn’t responsible for the companies that are list on the platform.

I understand exactly what signing order is and they have more than 1000 companies doing business on their website. I would think having worked in the world of finance for almost a quarter of a century, that companies would do their due diligence for companies whose services they offer or list. Obviously this may not be so.

Because you were getting experience.

Screenshot the offer and then look up and call the signing service and let them know your training/experience & that if that order has already been filled you are available for the next one. How much general notary work have you done? Are you marketing online, in person?

Taking the time to screenshot an offer - and the offer is gone on signingorder. People take those orders in seconds.

That’s why calling them and building a relationship can be beneficial. I get very little on Snapdocs, but the majority of my signing service work came from Signing Order.

Of course. It’s nothing personal; it’s business. Carry on…

not necessarily, as I accepted offers that were reasonable and no order was scheduled. Signing Order give those trained in Notary2Pro and LSS first priority and Unlimited Ink assignment will not take any other notary.
