What do you use for your bookkeeping? Currently I use excel spreadsheets, do you use a certain program? Looking for advice :slight_smile:

I hear a lot of good things about Notary Assist but I’ve been using Notary Gadget for 2 years, great program.

Hi, look into Notary Gadget. I have been using it for a while and I highly recommend it. First, it was built by a Notary. Another good thing about it also counts the notarial acts. Remember those are not taxed. You also keep track of mileage, number of pages printed, any additional expenses. You can also keep track of your clients, signing services, and track your invoices. I use Notary Gadget. Another plus is that the first 15 signings are free, no matter how long it takes to get those signings.
