I’m thinking about becoming a signing agent on a part time basis. I’ve been hearing that it maybe over-saturated with people. Is it something that’s worth the time and effort?
I’d suggest clicking on the “Find A Notary” up above and search your zip code - that will give you an idea of the competition you face in your area…but mind you, that’s just those listed here. Also do a similar search on Notary Rotary and 123Notary to get a snapshot if what your area may be like.

LindaH, thanks for responding. I searched my zip and it came back with 120 people. Sounds like a big mountain to climb.
