Signing Service 411 Ever Worked With This Signing Service?

Good Evening Fellow Notaries,

I recently received a text for a signing for $100.

They listed their name, followed by CSS.
Can anyone share what CSS is or what company.

I’m not sure either to be honest, and I’ve never seen a company use that designation before. If I were to guess (and I am guessing) it could be Closing Signing Service or Certified Signing Service. As I said earlier, I don’t know and I’ve never seen it used, but that would be my guess.

CSS is Convenient Settlements Services, I have done many closings for them, never had a payment problem, Josh is terrific, I have 2 for him tomorrow and usually it’s $100 for a closing, and most are under 100 pages.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback. I haven’t received anything else from them but i certainly will keep them on my radar
