Anyone in the metro Atlanta Area? I called to register as a signing agent with FASS but they aren’t hiring in GA. Anyone know why they aren’t hiring attorneys?
In GA, you must have an Attorney present at all times. Therefore, they generally have their office staff to help with the closings. We can however, perform out of state closings.
